Leyla Falahi-Sell, Partner, has been with Burton Policy since December 2020. Through Burton Policy she leads a project to implement a Patient Consent Tool relating to use of behavioral health data in which she navigates policy, operational issues, and leads provider and State Agency education. Leyla portfolio of projects require a high level of coordination and collaboration among stakeholders and translating policy goals and objectives into real life operations and practice. Prior to joining Burton Policy, she was a Senior Business Process Analyst for Kaiser Permante’s Medicaid business line for which she was responsible for a wide range of process improvement and process management activities. Her work with Kaiser included data analysis, development and implementation of initiatives leveraging best practice research, process mapping, obtaining leadership and stakeholder agreement, implementing improvements, and monitoring.  She also has experience working with outpatient and inpatient health providers.
