Leyla Falahi-Sell brings 30 years of experiences from across the healthcare continuum. Her Burton Policy work includes project management, research, and proposal response writing. As a project lead, Leyla navigates policy, operational issues, and is a subject matter expert on provider and State Agency education. Leyla's portfolio of projects requires a high level of coordination and collaboration among stakeholders and translates policy goals and objectives into real life operations.

 

She is a trusted administrator with a record of achievement and commitment to improving patient outcomes and care by establishing and maintaining a quality culture. Leyla’s drive for organization-wide performance improvement efforts includes creating protocols and managing development activities. She ensures workflows promote an environment focused on effective and integrated healthcare delivery. Her background in budget oversight and business analysis removes barriers to quality care, including financial performance and patient satisfaction.

 

Prior to joining Burton Policy, she was a Senior Business Process Analyst for Kaiser Permanente’s Medicaid business line for which she was responsible for a wide range of process improvement and process management activities. Her work with Kaiser included data analysis, development and implementation of initiatives leveraging best practice research, process mapping, obtaining leadership and stakeholder agreement, implementing improvements, and monitoring.
