Molly Marra (MPP, Health Policy, Johns Hopkins University) has worked in health and human services for over two decades. Molly has expertise in State Medicaid policy, operations and program implementation, including oversight of regulations and State Plan, claims processing, provider enrollment, and program integrity initiatives. She has worked on several transformations of legacy Medicaid processes and systems to meet new Federal and State requirements and improve performance for stakeholders and users. Molly has also worked on collaborations with HIEs and State Medicaid Agencies, including the implementation of the Patient Access and Provider Directory requirements within the CMS Interoperability Rule in Maryland in 2021. Most recently, Molly has served as the Implementation Lead for the Statewide Health Information Network for New York (SHIN-NY) as a key partner in New York Medicaid's implementation of its 1115 Waiver to address health-related social needs. Molly specializes in program implementation, connecting policy and technical teams to ensure policy vision is aligned with technical delivery.
